Shipping Policy
 

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Include any other pertinent information towards the beginning, such as potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of your control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over 2000 in every corner of India. For orders under 2000 we charge 80 INR for local delivery.

We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Global SHipping. 

If you’re using calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Mars Clothing is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Domestic Shipping:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days.

  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days.

  • Orders placed will be processed the same day.

  • All orders over [2000 INR] qualify for free standard shipping.

 

International Shipping:

  • We offer worldwide shipping to most countries.

  • Standard International Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7-14 business days, depending on the destination.

  • Express International Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on your location and the shipping method chosen.

  • Customs duties and taxes may apply for international orders, and they are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for details.

Return & Exchange Policy

At MARS, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return process. Please review the details below for our return policy.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all tags attached.

  • Sale items or items purchased during a promotional sale are non-refundable.

  • We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size or color, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

 

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items that have been washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.

  • Intimates, swimwear, or any personalized/custom items are final sale and cannot be returned.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return:

  • Email our customer service team at our support@marsclothing.in with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once your return is approved, we will send you a return label and detailed instructions for sending the item back.

  • Please securely package the item in its original packaging or another sturdy box.
