I WANT TO RETURN SOMETHING

Register returns easily online. All you need is the order number found in the order confirmation email, and the email address used when placing the order.

The return request must be raised within 14 days from the date you receive your parcel.

Return Policy

At MARS, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return process. Please review the details below for our return policy.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all tags attached.

  • We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size or color, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

 
Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.

  • Intimates, swimwear, or any personalized/custom items are final sale and cannot be returned.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable. 


How to Initiate a Return:

  • Email our customer service team at support@marsclothing.in with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once your return is approved, we will send you a return label and detailed instructions for sending the item back.

  • Please securely package the item in its original packaging or another sturdy box.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days.​

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Domestic Shipping:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days.

  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days.

  • Orders placed will be processed the same day.

  • All orders over [2000 INR] qualify for free standard shipping.

 
International Shipping:

  • We offer worldwide shipping to most countries.

  • Standard International Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days, depending on the destination.

  • Express International Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on your location and the shipping method chosen.

  • Customs duties and taxes may apply for international orders, and they are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for details.

Returns


Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by after your product has been delivered, then unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate like undergarments or sanitary goods.


Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
